    What is the return policy?

    Refund & Return Policy

    At Nourish Luxury Essentials, our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

    Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or received.

    Each Nourish product is made with care using high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. However, individual results may vary depending on skin type, sensitivities, allergies, and personal use.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nourishproducts.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.

    How long will my order take to ship?

    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

    Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:


    • Manitoba: 1–3 business days

    • Canada: 2–8 business days

    • United States: 5–10 business days

    Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or sales.
    Are your products handmade, vegan, cruelty-free, and suitable for sensitive skin?

    Many of our products are formulated with gentle, nourishing ingredients. However, everyone's skin is unique.

    If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific concerns, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before full use.

    Are your products handmade?

    Yes! Every Nourish product is handcrafted in small batches in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

    We carefully formulate, pour, label, and package our products to ensure quality and freshness.

    What ingredients do you use?

    We use high-quality oils, butters, botanical extracts, clays, milks, and other skin-loving ingredients selected for their performance and feel.

    Every product includes a full ingredient list on its product page so you always know exactly what you're purchasing.

    Are your products vegan?

    We offer both vegan and tallow-based products.

    Each product is clearly labelled so you can easily shop according to your preferences.

    Are your products tested on animals?

    Never.

    We are proud to be cruelty-free and do not test our finished products on animals.
    How should I store my products, can I send them as a gift, and how can I contact you??
    How should I store my products?

    Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

    Because many of our products are handcrafted with natural oils and butters, extreme heat may soften or melt them. If this happens, simply allow the product to cool before use. The quality is not affected.

    Can I send Nourish products as a gift?

    Absolutely!

    Our products make beautiful gifts for birthdays, holidays, weddings, baby showers, teachers, and just because.

    We also offer gift bundles throughout the year.
